Vital 4 Health and Diet Coaching does individual one-on-one coaching sessions. We help our clients to create their health and wellness goals by looking at what stage of change they are in presenting and what action you’re ready to take to realize those changes that hey need to make. Help you sort out exactly where you need to start and make small changes that grow over time. It is all about giving you an opportunity for your own self-discovery. As your Health Coach I will just leads you in putting the pieces together for yourself. You figure out how to make the changes that work for your life.
I will be your accountability partner helping you in implementing and following through with the plans, tools and strategies to make the necessary changes. As your health coach I will help you get “unstuck” by helping you figure out what may be keeping you from reaching your health goals. Regularly checks in with you by email, phone calls or in person (if it is possible), usually over the course of at least three months. During these conversations, I will be asking you questions which will help to get you thinking about how you can overcome your health challenges.
I can help when you feel like nothing you have done on your own seems to have worked, give you a boost if you are feeling overwhelmed during the process, discouraged or like you do not have enough time to reach your goals.
Individual coaching is customized, although their is a Signature Health or Diet Coaching package, it is tweeted to serve the individual needs and desires.
