A diet is the kinds of food that a person eats habitually. Since a dieting is a habit, changing what a person eats daily is going to be really challenging, just like any other habit they may have.

Sometimes we have the courage to dive headfirst into lifestyle change, but other times we cling desperately to “what was”, like a terrified butterfly unwilling to let go of the empty casing that once housed the caterpillar, we do not flow with the process of transformation into that beautiful healthy butterfly that we were created to become.

SO WHY DO PEOPLE CHANGE THEIR DIET?

People may decide to change their diet for many reasons, here are a few:

  • For weight management, which can be related to both weight loss and weight gain. A person who wants to gain weight may be trying to build more muscle or they may be trying to overcome being underweight.
  • For weight loss, they may want to change the way they look, however, they may be doing it to manage a health condition, such as cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, or lactose or gluten intolerance.
  • Others may change their diets because they want to change their lifestyle, such as going vegetarian or vegan.
  • And others are seeking to curb a specific food habit, such as eating junk foods, sweets or curbing a crave like snacking at night or comfort eating.

You may be wanting to make positive changes with you diet and weight but is still trapped in the cell of your resistance to change.

THE 10-STEPS HEALTH AND NUTRITION TRANSFORMATION LIFE PROCESS:

Phase 1- Cultivating Self-Knowledge – knowing who you are at the core of your being is vital to your transformation; your values; beliefs; personality.

Phase 2 – Understanding Your Needs – the deeper level motivations that would drive transformation, emotional intelligence, and its impact on your health. Mindset change.

Phase 3 – Understanding the Clarity of Intention – getting clear about the transformation that is needed to have a healthier life. A look at some common types of diet.

Phase 4 – Finding the Secrets to Your Happiness – what you believe will create more happiness in your life and WHY you believe it.

Phase 7 – Relapse Prevention – tools and strategies on how to take your power back. Overcoming barriers to change, Overcoming Fear of Change.

Phase 8 – Reassessing Your Identity – helping you become who you REALLY are by releasing what no longer serves you and what holds you back from your transformation.

Phase 9 – Fine Tuning the Process – Introduction of my signature 3-IN-1 Path to Transformation. Additional diet tips and strategies you can follow.

 Phase 10 – Creating Your Manifesto and Re-Writing Your Life Story – putting it into perspective, you are in the driver’s seat; finally, you will have the confidence to design your ideal weight management strategy and a diet that works for you, and your lifestyle.

This package is for clients who are ready to exponentially improve their overall health and fitness levels while honoring their body’s unique nutritional needs. 

Prior to signing up for this coaching session. Clients must have a 30-minute free Discovery Call with me, so that we can make an assessment together if this is coaching package is right for you.

The Duration:  6 months. This is a 6-month commitment and only if you are serious and ready to take a non-negotiable position on achieving your goals should you sign up for this coaching package.

The program is progressive and builds off the session before over the course of 6 months. Exercises, study, and support material will be given after some sessions.

We identify your goals in the first health history session and then outline specific behaviors we will target to change to reach these desired goals and then set up a work schedule over the next 6 months to ensure achievement of these goals in a timely manner. It is a targeted goal-oriented Diet and Weight Management Coaching Package with very specific and measurable goals as the target.
